The role
What working with Trilogy looks like
You join one US company as a dedicated team member — their tools, their hours, their people — with Trilogy handling everything contractual behind you.
Own the follow-through
Document requests, scheduling, data entry, follow-up calls — you're the person who makes sure nothing falls through the cracks.
Talk to people in both languages
English with the US team and vendors; Spanish with the customers who need it. Empathy here isn't a nice-to-have — it's the job.
Keep the systems current
You work inside the company's own tools — their CRM, their case system, their inbox — so the team always knows where things stand.
Grow into the work
Legal support, operations, customer care or sales — we train you on the field, the terminology and the tools, and keep training you.
What we look for
Requirements
- Excellent English and Spanish — spoken and written. You'll call a vendor in Texas and a customer in Bogotá on the same day.
- Experience in customer service or client-facing work. You don't need a legal background — we train for that.
- Strong writing and spelling in both languages.
- Your own computer or willingness to work with one we assign, plus stable internet.
- Availability to work US hours, whatever your time zone.
