LEGAL SUPPORT · THE WORKFLOW

Know what was requested. See what is still missing.

A medical record and an itemized bill may arrive separately. Each needs its own request, status, and follow-up.

01 / REQUEST

Start with each document.

The professional requests medical records and itemized bills from the provider. MiVio tracks each request separately and flags anything that has never been requested.

02 / FOLLOW UP

Return to what is outstanding.

Every seven days, a reminder prompts the professional to follow up. A person reviews and approves the message; the reminder does not send it automatically.

03 / RECEIVED

Record what arrived.

The professional updates the status and the location of the document in the firm's systems. Missing items remain visible for review.

WHO DOES WHAT

The professional follows the request. The attorney makes the legal decisions.

Where are the actual records kept?

In the firm's systems. MiVio records what exists, who it came from, and where it is kept. This public website does not receive case documents.

Does the platform decide when the case is ready?

The documentation view highlights missing items and progress. It does not replace attorney review or decide legal readiness, strategy, or case value.

Which firms is this support for?

Personal injury and employment law firms. Trilogy does not serve workers' compensation. Professionals provide administrative and operational support, not legal advice.

Can we buy the tracker on its own?

MiVio is included with a Trilogy placement and is not sold separately.
